About us

Francie Louie, principal at Innovative HR, began her Human Resources career in 1987 as a recruiter for Adecco Personnel in Northern California and Dallas, Texas. She received the President's Award for three consecutive years as one of the top ten recruiters in the nation for Adecco. 

 

In 2001, after thirteen years of valuable experience in the staffing industry, Francie founded her own firm - Innovative HR - based on the principles of providing great client service, versatility, and a commitment to results.

Over the years, Innovative HR has grown and developed specialties in a variety of placement categories, while also adapting to meet the changing needs of our client base. 

Francie, a native of Northern California, graduated from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Speech Communication.
